The Coca-Cola Leadership Lab was a joint venture between Jon Michael Simpson, Gabriel Cuomo, and their partner, ADDO. It’s a swing at reimagining corporate training. Designed for 18-30-year-old frontline managers, CCLL mixed television quality storytelling with educational content, making leadership lessons binge-worthy.

Cuomo and Simpson led a talented team through a six-episode series in which their protagonists, Alex and Mia, wrestle with the mechanics of leadership and its ties with the nuances of camaraderie.
